What the evidence shows
Cannabinoids slow cancer cells in the lab. A 2021 review found only two small glioblastoma trials with survival data, and rated 81% of 77 published success stories as weak evidence. ASCO advises against using cannabis to treat cancer outside a trial.
What to do
Don't use it in place of treatment. Prescription cannabinoids can help chemotherapy nausea; ask your team.
